* The Guardian Group Long Term Disability Plan at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine is being phased out, beginning in the academic year 2014-2015. Students and residents who were previously covered under this plan will continue to be covered until graduation 2018, the expected termination date of the plan. Students and residents who are newly enrolled in the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine for the 2014-2015 academic year, or later, will be covered under a different LTD program.
